Graston Technique
What is Graston Technique?
Graston Technique is one of the most popular manual therapeutic techniques in the industry. It is an instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) treatment, meaning the doctor uses a stainless steel instrument to target areas of the body (i.e., muscles, fascia, ligaments, tendons) that are trigger points, in pain, or lack range of motion.
Targeting the affected areas helps the tissue have better blood circulation, less scar tissue build-up, and improved mobility and functionality.
